FAQ
The restaurant version, clearly explained.
What does OrderDock replace?
It brings your web ordering page, menu management, counter tickets, kitchen order queue, customer history, and core sales reporting into one connected restaurant workspace.
Does it work with my current website?
Yes. Link your existing Order Online button to the OrderDock storefront. The same link works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, custom websites, Google Business, social profiles, email, and table QR codes.
Do guests need an account or app?
No. Guests browse the live menu and place an order from their browser. Restaurant management routes remain behind staff sign-in.
Which order types are supported?
Pickup, delivery, dine-in table ordering, walk-in counter tickets, and staff-entered orders all feed the same queue.
How are prices and quantities protected?
The server rebuilds every line item and total from the restaurant's live menu. Menu quantities reserve when an order is placed and return when an order is cancelled or refunded.
Does it process card payments?
The restored order flow records payment method and amount due, with collection at the restaurant, terminal, table, or delivery. A live online processor still requires the restaurant's reviewed payment-provider credentials and webhook setup.
