Commercial terms status

No placeholder terms are presented as a binding agreement.

Legal activation gate: Approved contracting-party details, governing terms, effective date, notices, warranties, liability, dispute, privacy/data terms, payment terms, and market review are not present in this repository. Production signup and paid activation must remain gated until counsel and accountable business owners publish the executed versions.

Service scope

A signed offer and approved terms must identify enabled locations, channels, entitlements, providers, hardware, onboarding/migration, support, data processing, markets, and unavailable capabilities. Product pages and sandbox behavior are not a commercial promise.

Commercial terms

The final order form must state currency and tax, subscription and usage, location/device terms, payment and provider pass-through costs, hardware ownership, onboarding, term/renewal, cancellation, suspension, export, retained access, and account closure.

Restaurant responsibilities

The restaurant reviews its menu, prices, tax configuration, allergen/nutrition claims, hours, fulfillment, alcohol and employment policies, guest communications, imported data, roles, devices, and published content. OrderDock cannot supply jurisdiction-specific professional advice.

Operational safety

Use must not enable fraud, unlawful surveillance or discrimination, deceptive pricing or reviews, unsafe food assertions, abusive messaging, credential sharing, cross-tenant access, malicious uploads, provider forgery, denial of service, or unauthorized AI tools.

Changes, suspension, and exit

Material subscription changes show immediate and renewal effects before confirmation. Suspension preserves access required for exports, invoices, payouts, disputes and support as policy permits. Closure verifies ownership and outstanding obligations, then records export, disconnect, retention, deletion and confirmation.
